First u need restor to ios 12.1

If your device is iCloud lock this tutorial will not work
Restor your iPhone iPad to newest ios – 12.1
Follow the steps for activation do not connect to any wifi
or network (3g/4g)
Don’t use passcode and don’t use touc id (for now)
Now you will stop in the MDM screen mobile device management
Download iTunes backup and add the files to the backup
folder into iTunes backup
For MAC:/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/
For Win:/Users/ (username)/(AppData/roaming/Apple
Computer/MobileSyne/Backup/
Now at MDM device scen, you will inject this backup you
download ( no icloud and no MDM ) use iTunes or iBackupBot.
It will reboot / restart
Follow the same steps
to activate do not use passcode and Touch ID
When you reach the MDM screen press on the home button and
connect to wifi
Then press back button until passcode screen press without a
passcode
Press next to MDM profile page
Press back again to the passcode screen
And now youmwill bypass for springboard after to the process

U can update ios via ota (wifi)..dont update with iTunes
